RCB Bank has announced the promotion of Gregg Conklin to Executive Vice President, Regional President, overseeing operations across 13 markets in the Community Region, including Arkansas City, Winfield, Wellington, Oxford, Douglass and a portion of Oklahoma. He will continue to office in Winfield.
Conklin has served as senior vice president and market president for Winfield since 2019, joining RCB Bank in 2016 through the CornerBank acquisition. Over the years, he has built a broad customer base across Kansas and northern Oklahoma, positioning him well for this expanded leadership role.
A Kansas State University graduate with a degree in agricultural economics, Conklin also completed the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado, where he now serves as a student advisor. He is active in the community, serving on advisory councils for Southwestern College, Winfield High School, and Cowley County Economic Development, and volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Winfield Isle of Lights.
Gregg and his wife, Susan, enjoy spending time with their family, which includes Tyler and Coleen Conklin of Severance, Colorado; Matthew and Katie Conklin of Hanover, New Hampshire; and Adam and Kolbi Conklin of Winfield, along with three grandchildren — Gabriel, Luke and Silas.
