Southwestern College will hold its 2026 commencement ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, May 10, at Richard L. Jantz Stadium.
Graduation activities will take place throughout the weekend, beginning Friday with a business division reception from noon to 1 p.m. in Mossman Hall.
Additional receptions are scheduled Saturday and Sunday for various academic divisions across campus.
Sunday’s schedule includes the Order of the Mound ceremony at 9:45 a.m. at Cole Mound Plaza, recognizing students graduating in the top 10 percent of the class. A baccalaureate service will follow at 10:50 a.m. at Grace United Methodist Church.
Multiple division receptions are planned between noon and 1 p.m. Sunday ahead of the commencement ceremony. Continue below ad.
In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved indoors to Stewart Field House. Updates will be posted on the college’s website and social media.
The ceremony will also be livestreamed online and broadcast on closed-circuit television on campus, with viewing available at Richardson Performing Arts Center.
Parking for individuals with handicap permits will be available near the Christy Administration Building, with assistance provided by campus security.
