Prom Dress Express is an outreach ministry of Grace Episcopal Church in Winfield. We provide free formal wear suitable for dances, performances, recitals, weddings and other events. PDX 2024 is in the area upstairs from Eagle Nest (112 E. 9th, Winfield). This year we have not only gowns, shoes and accessories but also tux jackets, matching vest & tie sets and a limited number of more casual suit jackets.
