The Arkansas City Municipal Court has unveiled its new online payment platform, a significant step forward in its mission to enhance accessibility and convenience for residents, the City of Ark City said in a news release Wednesday.
“With this initiative, citizens can securely settle fines and fees electronically, revolutionizing the payment process and, in some cases, eliminating the need for in-person transactions,” the City stated.
To access the online payment portal, citizens can visit www.municipalonlinepayments.com/arkansascityks and enter their citation number and date of birth in the format mm/dd/yyyy. Alternatively, customers can search by name and date of birth.
To pay by phone, the City says call 877-817-9864, enter the citation number, and provide your date of birth.
