State Rep. Web Roth (R-Winfield) stopped by the KSOK/Bob FM studios last week and joined the morning show. Roth, a freshman legislator, discussed his first votes this session, including a bill that creates education savings account with public dollars that parents/guardians can also use to pay for their kids to go to private schools.
