The City of Winfield has released design renderings of what the new Winfield Police Department will look like.
The renderings, developed by Agora Architecture in Winfield, were presented to city commissioners this week.
The entire facility, which includes the new fire/ems addition to the Winfield Fire Department, is being funded through a 1-percent sales tax passed by Winfield voters in June 2019.
The vote passed with 89 percent in favor of the facilities, according to the City.
Altogether, the facility, located in the 800 block of East 9th, has a price tag of approximately $14 million and should be completed by mid-2024.
