Southwestern College is accepting applications for five competitive full-tuition scholarships available to first-year students enrolling in 2027.
The scholarships will be awarded in five categories: natural science, nursing, education, performing arts and the Pillars Academic Scholarship.
Students are encouraged to apply for the scholarship that best aligns with their academic interests and career goals.
The application deadline is Nov. 2.
Qualified applicants selected as finalists will be invited to campus Saturday, Nov. 14, to participate in a scholarship competition.
Every finalist who attends the on-campus competition will receive a renewable $1,000 scholarship.
Following the competition, five students from each scholarship category will be selected for virtual interviews the following week.
One student from each of the five categories will ultimately receive a full-tuition scholarship renewable for four years, based on the competition and interview process.
The college said the application process is mobile-friendly and can be completed using a smartphone.
