1954-2025
Buddy Edwards Wells was born on March 14, 1954 and passed unexpectedly on October 19, 2025 in Wichita, Kansas at the age of 71.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife, Debra Wells, and his children: Misti, Tiffany, Allison, and Christopher. He was the proud grandfather to McKinley, Sawyer, Alexandrea, Danielle, Dakota, Aidan, Caleb, Maddi, Julia, Lilli, Joshua, Michael, Finley, and Jacob. His family was
a source of great joy and pride throughout his life.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Loren and Virginia, as well as his brother Clifford.
Buddy’s faith was a guiding force in his life. He held an unfailing love for God that shaped his values and interactions with others. Those who knew him will remember his warm presence and the strength of his convictions.
In his later years, Buddy became affectionately known as “the hall monitor” of his apartment complex. He also found great happiness in caring for his neighbor’s dog Moose. They were Buds. :)
Private family inurnment will take place at Resthaven Gardens of Memory in Wichita.
