Kyson P. Scott, 38, of Geuda Springs, Kansas, passed away Sunday afternoon, November 16, 2025.
Born June 11, 1987, in Arkansas City, Kansas, he was the son of Randy and Sonya (Cravens) Scott. He was raised and received his education in Arkansas City, receiving his high school diploma in 2006. Kyson worked in oil well drilling and most recently in water well drilling.
He was united in marriage to Charlie Webb on April 13, 2024, at their home in Geuda Springs. Kyson enjoyed the outdoors, playing frisbee and camping. He also enjoyed dogs and working in the garage. He loved to fish. He was recently attending Vine Life Family Church in Arkansas City.
His family includes his wife Charlie Scott of Geuda Springs; his children, Baylee Scott of Geuda Springs; Kyson Scott of Great Bend; Ocean Scott of Great Bend; Kentlee Bowman of Great Bend; his step-children, Michael Segree of Arkansas City; Miley Segree of Geuda Springs; Maizy Webb of Geuda Springs; his parents, Randy and Sonya Scott of Arkansas City; his siblings, Kari Demaree of North Carolina; Courtney Demaree of Arkansas City; Kelsey Nasworthy of Rockwall, TX; Malea Daniels of Arkansas City; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Kyson was preceded in death by his grandparents.
The family will hold outdoor services at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Miles Funeral Service in Winfield.
