Ly Tran Bach, 68, of Winfield, Kansas, passed away Sunday, December 1, 2024, at Cumbernauld Village.
Born May 10, 1956, in Vietnam, she was the daughter of Tran Van Nhi and Nguyen Thi Thanh. She was raised in Vietnam. She married Anh Van Bach in 1978. The couple moved to the United States in 1981. They lived in Long Beach, California until 1997 when they moved to Winfield. She began working for Rubbermaid in 1999.
Ly was a dedicated wife, mother, and grandmother. She received the most joy being around children. She was a great cook, and made the best vietnamese cuisine. She enjoyed vegetable gardening with her husband.
Her family includes her husband Anh Bach of Winfield; her sons, Huong Bach of Long Beach, CA; Tuan Bach and wife, Emily of Wichita; Hai Bach and wife, Samantha of Winfield; Johnson Bach of Washington D.C.; her siblings, Tran Thi Nang, Tran Van Nay, Tran Thi Thanh, Tran Van Thai, all of Vietnam; and her seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at Miles Funeral Service.
