Salina-based ESPN broadcaster James Westling joined the Morning Mixtape on Bob FM via phone Tuesday morning from Dallas. Westling, who spent time calling games for Bethany College in the KCAC before becoming a play-by-play man for football and basketball on ESPN, broke down the NCAA Tournament bracket, the strength of the Big 12 — including why the committee was right to leave out Oklahoma State — and on how the madness may unfold.
