Taverli Tennant, who was 7-of-8 with a homer, six runs and four RBIs — and was the winning pitcher for the Bulldogs in Ark City’s season-opening sweep of Wellington Thursday — has committed to Oregon State University.
Her teammate, Ayanna Jennings, has signed with Jackson State University.
Jennings drove in three runs with a double Thursday.
Both Tennant and Jennings were named 2nd Team All-League last season as juniors.
