Terril Hankins has been named the new coach of the Ark City High School boys basketball team. He had been coach of the Blackwell High School boys team since 2017.
David Boxman was serving as Bulldogs coach in an interim capacity since the resignation of longtime head coach C.J. Jennings.
Prior to coaching in Blackwell, Hankins served on the coaching staff of Oklahoma Christian University for 15 seasons. He was also a physical education teacher at OC.
Hankins has a wife, Jennifer, and three children.
