A 16-year-old Ark City girl was taken to a Wichita hospital Monday night following a single vehicle rollover accident, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol.
Tylicca Morris was transported to Wesley Medical Center with what were described as possibly serious injuries. No update on her condition was immediately available this morning.
Morris was a passenger in a 2007 Buick Lucerne driven by 44-year-old Rhaman Steveland Morris, of Ark City. He was uninjured, according to the report.
Just after 8 p.m., Rhaman Morris was driving southbound on U.S. 77 highway just north of 332nd Rd. near the stateline. He left the roadway for an unknown reason and the car rolled through a ditch twice.
It came to rest in a field.
