Cowley College’s Board of Trustees approved the authorization to enter into a lease agreement with Brunswick Properties LLC for its new Wichita location.
The lease will begin May 1 and expire on April 30, 2028, according to minutes from Monday’s board meeting in the McAtee Dining Center.
The property is located west of Ridge Road on Maple and consists of 1,800 square feet. The college is moving from its previous Wichita location on South Market Street, where it had been since 2015.
According to Cowley College Director of Institutional Communication And Public Relations Rama Peroo, the current lease is $72,600 annually. The new lease agreement will start at $44,100 per year.
