The Cowley College Tigerettes Dance Team finished national runner-up in both of its routines and earned Division I rankings at the 2023 American Collegiate Championship in Denton, Texas.
The competition was held on the campus of North Texas.
The Tigerettes dance and cheer at all home women’s and men’s basketball games, along with appearances at various community events and college functions, according to the college. The team performs a variety of styles including jazz, pom, and hip hop. The Tigerettes attend NDA dance camp each summer and perform in showcases and competitions during the year.
Cowley awards full tuition and book dance scholarships to all Tigerette members that qualify! Members must maintain a 2.0 grade point average and be a full-time Cowley student.
