Cowley County is celebrating Halloween today and tonight with local agencies and businesses dishing out candy for trick-or-treaters.
The City of Winfield’s office at City Hall will be open to trick-or-treaters from 4-6 p.m. as part of Winfield’s Downtown Trick-Or-Treat, where participating businesses and others will have an orange jack-o-lantern sign in their window.
The Ark City Police Department will be at Pizza Ranch today from 4-6 p.m. for Trunk-Or-Treat.
