Ed Hargrove has been named parade grand marshal for this fall’s 2025 Arkalalah Celebration in Ark City.
The announcement was made Thursday at the Halfalalah event held at the Burford Theater.
Officials also announced the theme Happy Days for this year’s festival, which is scheduled for the first full week in October. For information on the festival as it becomes available, visit arkalalah.com.
