A 46-year-old man remained in jail Tuesday morning after the Cowley County Sheriff’s Office investigated a traffic complaint over the weekend.
Chadwick R. Barrow, of Cashion, Okla., was arrested and booked into the Cowley County Jail on charges of reckless driving, possession of meth, drug paraphernalia and marijuana.
Bond is set at $4,800.
Around 3:10 a.m. Sunday, deputies responded to a traffic complaint involving a semi in the 2000 block of U.S. 160 east of Winfield. The semi was stopped in the 4000 block.
An investigation was conducted and an arrest was made.
