Two Arkansas City men were arrested early Sunday after police said a woman was kidnapped from an Oklahoma casino and sexually assaulted.

Police were called about 1:18 a.m. Aug. 17 to the 1600 block of South Sixth Street for a possible kidnapping. A caller reported a gray SUV heading north. Officers spotted the vehicle a few minutes later in the 400 block of South Eighth Street and made a stop.

Inside, officers found two men and one woman. The woman told police she had been taken against her will from First Council Casino in Newkirk, Okla. She said both men sexually assaulted her and that the assaults continued as they crossed into Arkansas City.

The suspects were identified as Luis Miguel Dominguez, 35, of Arkansas City, and Jose Fernando-Lux Morales, 24, of Arkansas City.

Ark City Fire/EMS treated the woman at the scene before taking her to a hospital.

Morales was booked into the Cowley County Jail on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping. His bond was set at $500,000.

Dominguez faces charges of rape, aggravated criminal sodomy and aggravated kidnapping. His bond was set at $1 million. Police also noted that Dominguez is the subject of an immigration hold from Homeland Security.
