“And a big THANK YOU to the City of Ponca City, OK and the City of Winfield, KS for providing support to Mannford during this critical time,” The City of Mannford said in its Facebook post Monday. “Cities helping cities, public service at its best! We are very grateful!”
The City of Winfield also posted on its social media.
“Proud of our crews/public utility responding with mutual aid for power restoration in the City of Mannford, Oklahoma, as they work to recover from a damaging storm over the weekend,” The Facebook post read. “#publicpower”
