Like Ark City, Winfield USD 465 is participating in a free summer meal program this month for ages 1-18.
According to the school district, the summer food service program will run through June 29.
Breakfast and lunch is from Monday to Thursday from 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 11:30-12:30 p.m., respectively, at Irving and Whittier elementary schools.
