Clark still in the mix as Bevo Francis Award committee trims watch list to 25

The Bevo Francis Award Watch List for the top small college basketball player in the country has been trimmed down to 25, and for the second consecutive year, Southwestern College senior Cevin Clark made the cut.

The Ark City High School alum led the NAIA in scoring this season with 26.9 points per game.

The award recognizes the top small college men’s basketball player. The list consists of the top players from the NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III, NAIA, USCAA and NCCAA. More on the award can be found here.

Clark and the Builders (24-5)) play Ave Maria University tonight in Langston, Oklahoma, in the first round of the NAIA Tournament.
