Other counterfeit currency passed consisted of $20 bills. Victim locations included area businesses and vendors at the Arkalalah festival.

During the investigation, a suspect was identified in passing three $100 bills. This suspect, identified as 29-year-old Tanner Scott Mora, was arrested Friday in the 700 block of South Summit Street.

When arrested, Mora was found to be in possession of counterfeit money, methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Investigators were able to link the suspect to a case that took place earlier in October.

Mora was transported to the Cowley County Jail, where he was held on a $41,000 bond as of Friday.
