The Arkansas City Senior Center, in collaboration with Friendship Meals/Meals on Wheels, has been closely monitoring the forecast and preparing for the extremely cold temperatures and inclement weather.
Home Delivery Participants:
- We will deliver two meals on Tuesday to ensure coverage.
- No delivery service on Wednesday.
Congregate (In-Person) Participants:
- A hot meal will be served on Tuesday.
- For those who need one, a meal that can be warmed up will be provided for Wednesday.
The Senior Center will remain open both days as a warm, safe space for those in need. We will provide updates as soon as we have information regarding Thursday’s schedule.
