BROADCAST ALERT: Ark City, Winfield Basketball Teams On The Road For Sub-State Tonight

Ark City and Winfield High School basketball teams are in sub-state competition tonight.

The Bulldogs boys are the No. 10 seed in 5A West.

Ark City (10-10) will be at No. 7 Topeka West (13-7) in Sub-State No. 2. The game will be broadcast on 103.3 FM/1280 AM KSOK starting at 6 p.m. from Topeka. Brady Bauman will have the call and the broadcast will also be streamed on cowleypost.com via the listen live links at the top of the page.

No. 1 seed Hutchinson (19-1) and Salina Central (5-15), the 15-seed, are the other side of Sub-State No. 2 bracket.

Both the Winfield boys and girls teams will be at Hugoton tonight in western Kansas.

Both games will be broadcast on 95.9 Bob FM via a feed from KHGN 106.7 FM in Hugoton. Both games will also be audio-streamed live via the listen live links at the top of the page.

The Vikings boys (3-17) are the No. 16 seed in the 4A west sub-state and will face No. 1 Hugoton (18-2) at 6 p.m.

The Winfield girls (7-13) are the 13-seed in the bracket and take on No. 4 Hugoton (15-5) at 7:30 p.m.
